1. Who provides the service

This copy of Nodpost is run by the person who installed it.

2. What Nodpost does

Nodpost helps you write social media posts (with AI if you like), keeps them in a queue and publishes them through the official interfaces of the networks you connect. Nothing is published without your explicit approval. Where a network cannot be posted to automatically, Nodpost prepares the text and reminds you.

3. Your account

• An account belongs to an e-mail address; one address, one account.
• You must be at least 16.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep the devices you are signed in on safe.

4. Your content

• What you write, upload or approve is yours, and you are responsible for it, including the rules of each network and the rights of others.
• You give us a non-exclusive permission to handle it as far as the service needs (storing, editing, sending it to the networks you choose).
• AI drafts can be wrong. Check them before you approve.
• Do not use Nodpost for spam, deceptive or unlawful content, or to get around the networks' rules.

5. Plans and payment

• The Free plan costs nothing, within the limits shown in the app. Paid plans are paid monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically.
• You can cancel at any time in Settings; the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
• A paid plan starts right after payment at your request, so the 14-day right of withdrawal ends when it starts.
• Prices may change; we announce a change in advance and it applies from the next period.

6. Availability and third-party networks

We run the service with reasonable care but cannot promise it is always available. The networks (LinkedIn, Meta, Bluesky, Mastodon and others) may change or limit their interfaces at any time; their decisions are not ours.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and at most for what you paid us in the last 12 months. Your rights as a consumer under the law are not affected.

8. Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

9. Law and changes

Slovak law applies. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). We will tell you about a material change in advance.
